The product dimensions and weight vary slightly depending on the color chosen. The Clay and Moss options have a width of 965mm, depth of 475mm, height of 800mm, and a gross weight of 47kg. The Meteor and Prairie options have a width of 965mm, depth of 450mm, height of 800mm, and a gross weight of 47kg. The net weight for all options is 40kg.

Please note we currently only deliver to UK Mainland and deliveries to the Highlands or other more remote locations can take 10-15 working days on top of the advised lead time.
FREE DELIVERY
Delivery to most of the UK Mainland is free on orders over £100, this will automatically apply at checkout. For orders under £100, there is a delivery charge of £6.95.
DELIVERY DAYS & TIMES
Your order will be delivered on a working weekday and unless you have already accepted a timed window, then delivery could be completed any time between 8am and 8pm. For security purposes, a signature will be required on receipt as our couriers will not leave the goods if you are not available upon delivery.
TRACKING INFORMATION
If tracking information is available, you will receive this via email once your item has been dispatched. If you’re ordering multiple items from different brands, your deliveries may arrive on different days and with different couriers. Don’t panic if everything doesn’t arrive together, we do this to ensure you get your items as soon as possible.
DIRECT SHIPMENTS
We work with several suppliers that deliver directly to ensure you get your items as quickly as possible. This may mean that you receive your items from a different courier to those outlined below. On some occasions, you may be contacted by the supplier or courier directly to arrange a suitable day for delivery.
PREPARING FOR DELIVERY
To ensure there are no issues during delivery, please make sure your new item will fit through all doorways and hallways, up staircases and underneath ceilings. If any adjustments need to be made to get your item into place, please ensure this is done before delivery. If you are not available to take delivery, some couriers may leave a goods in a safe place or leave a calling card to enable you to rearrange delivery. Please note, that on some occasions, redeliveries and failed deliveries may incur an additional charge.
ONCE DELIVERED
On delivery, please check your items carefully before you sign for them. If you are unable to check the items before the courier leaves, please ensure you sign for the delivery as unchecked. We recommend that you keep your packaging and order confirmation email as this will be needed for any after-sales enquiries or returns. At Interia.co.uk we allow a 3-day checking service for any faults or discrepancies with your order, after the 3-days we won't be able to return your item for free and a return charge will be applied.
