We aim to ensure all items arrive in perfect condition. If an item is damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a description and photos of the issue.

Returns are accepted up to 14 days after delivery, postage costs are non-refundable.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and proof of purchase. To start a return, email helpdesk@interia.co.uk. Once approved, we’ll send a return label and instructions. Unapproved returns will not be accepted. Refunds are issued via the original payment method once items are received.
