For security purposes, a signature will be required on receipt as our couriers will not leave the goods if you are not available upon delivery.

If you’re ordering multiple items from different brands, your deliveries may arrive on different days and with different couriers. To ensure there are no issues during delivery, please make sure your new item will fit through all doorways and hallways, up staircases and underneath ceilings. If any adjustments need to be made to get your item into place, please ensure this is done before delivery. If you are not available to take delivery, some couriers may leave a goods in a safe place or leave a calling card to enable you to rearrange delivery.
