Your order will be delivered on a working weekday and unless you have already accepted a timed window, then delivery could be completed any time between 8am and 8pm. For security purposes, a signature will be required on receipt as our couriers will not leave the goods if you are not available upon delivery.

If tracking information is available, you will receive this via email once your item has been dispatched. If you’re ordering multiple items from different brands, your deliveries may arrive on different days and with different couriers. PREPARING FOR DELIVERY
To ensure there are no issues during delivery, please make sure your new item will fit through all doorways and hallways, up staircases and underneath ceilings. If any adjustments need to be made to get your item into place, please ensure this is done before delivery. If you are not available to take delivery, some couriers may leave a goods in a safe place or leave a calling card to enable you to rearrange delivery. Please note, that on some occasions, redeliveries and failed deliveries may incur an additional charge.
ONCE DELIVERED
On delivery, please check your items carefully before you sign for them. If you are unable to check the items before the courier leaves, please ensure you sign for the delivery as unchecked.
